Desolventization Toaster (DT)

Super Techno Engineers manufactures complete Desolventization Toaster systems and DT spare parts for solvent extraction plants of all capacities. The Desolventizer Toaster removes residual hexane solvent from extracted oilseed meal by applying jacketed and open steam across multiple compartments. The wet solvent loaded meal enters the DT, steam is applied causing hexane to evaporate, and the meal is simultaneously toasted under controlled moisture and temperature conditions to deactivate anti nutritional enzymes. The final output is high protein desolventized toasted meal suitable for poultry, animal, and fish feed applications. Solvent vapors released during the process are recovered and recirculated back into the hexane recovery system, ensuring minimal solvent loss across the entire extraction circuit.

Extractor

Solvent Extractor Assembly

The Solvent Extractor is the core equipment in any solvent extraction plant and the heart of the entire oil recovery process. Super Techno Engineers manufactures complete solvent extractor assemblies for continuous moving bed extraction systems. Prepared oilseeds, expelled cakes, or expanded materials are fed into the extractor through a sealed rotary valve feeding system. Inside the extractor, hexane solvent is sprayed counter currently over the moving bed of material, dissolving the oil to form miscella. The miscella is collected, filtered, and transferred to the miscella holding tank, while the de oiled meal is conveyed through a sealed system to the Desolventizer Toaster. Our solvent extractor assembly includes the extractor body, Redler chain, Bulk flow chain, Elevator chain, Solvent Extractor chain, wedge wire screens, drive mechanism, and all associated structural components all manufactured and supplied as complete assemblies or individual replacement parts.

Batch Extractor

Super Techno Engineers manufactures Batch Extractors for small to medium scale solvent extraction plant operations where oil is extracted from oilseeds in fixed cycles rather than continuously. The prepared seeds are loaded into the batch extractor, hexane solvent is added to dissolve the oil content, and after the specified retention time the miscella is drained and the de oiled meal is discharged. The process is repeated for each batch. Our batch extractors offer precise control over temperature and solvent ratios, making them ideal for specialty oilseed processing, pilot plant operations, and processors requiring flexible production scheduling.
